The giant crane and bright yellow formwork at our construction site in Kaltenleutgben made it look pretty wild for a while. It still took heaps of imagination to envision the beautiful new Wienerwald house. Now, the crane and formwork are long gone and the façade has been completed. Come on in and see our construction progress!!!
The building is tight, the windows are in, and basic installation of the building services and electrical wiring is complete. About 700 m² of thermally insulated composite brushed plaster façade has gone up and a large section of the wraparound balcony railing is in place.
In the weeks to come, the focus will be on the interior. The painters are ready to go, and the tilers have started sealing and are ready to start installing tiles right after. And as soon as that’s done, the floors will go in. By the end of the summer, we will be working on the landscaping of the private gardens and outdoor facilities.
Things are looking good at Wienerwald View in Kaltenleutgeben. And things are also looking good for a completion as scheduled at the end of the year. Feels like the final push ...
