At the spot on Andreas Hofer Straße 6 where once the first foundation stone was laid for CITY.COUNTRY.KISSES is now a modern and eco-friendly apartment building with tons of green outdoor spaces for its new residents, who we invited to join us to celebrate the handing over of keys to new apartment owners last week. Of course we brought bread and salt to the party—what else?
It wasn’t long ago that the foundation stone for the project was set in the adventurous excavation pit and we read 13 heartfelt wishes out loud and buried them in a message bottle. Two of those wishes have already come true: construction process was smooth and sales were successful! At the end of September, the 13 condominiums were handed over right on schedule, a feat achieved in cooperation with Andrea Vattovani Architecture and Pongratz Bau GesmbH from Graz.
Our sales and customer support team welcomed the new residents with their brand-new apartment keys and the traditional bread and salt housewarming gift said to bring blessings and the spice of life.
And along with a touch of rain on the day of the handover, there were also tears of joy, which touched us greatly!

The construction of City. Country. Kisses. is environmentally conscious, energy-efficient, and future-oriented. Modern and natural building materials including innovative and highly insulating mineral wool bricks with integrated thermal insulation were installed. Heating and cooling is done by a groundwater heat pump in combination with a photovoltaic system on the roof, thus contributing to a sustainable supply of energy. Right at the start of construction, the project was given an award for its commitment to protecting the climate, the klimaaktiv Bronze award. Not just good for our climate, this construction method will also significantly reduce future operating costs for residents.

Green kisses the city. Thirteen modern apartments with perfect layouts and attractive outdoor spaces are looking forward to Graz-Eggenberg. The 2–4 room apartments offer optimal floor plans with living areas of 45 to 73 m² and plenty of outdoor space in private gardens, terraces, or balconies. All apartments are equipped to high standards and are barrier-free. They have ground-level storage rooms, and car parking spaces with an e-mobility option are available. The residences are supplemented by a playground in the shared garden area and bicycle parking.
