The world is changing, and our working environments are changing, too — this is how co-working came to be. It is a thoroughly sustainable principle that provides modern workplaces in a communal space, with shared costs for technical infrastructure and meeting rooms. Definitely not for hermits, more for those who want to give and take inspiration and who believe in the synergetic power of a collaborative and diverse network.
In September, the first Upper Styrian Co-Working Space opened in our Kremplhof in Leoben. Aula Up (for Upper Styria), is the name of the space, which addresses the needs of a range of creative freelancers, start-ups, and young entrepreneurs. In addition to renting affordable workspaces, the operators aim to help grow a lively start-up scene with the help of sponsors, as well as to link the two Styrian towns of Graz and Leoben even more closely together.
The Aula up also has a public daytime café — a great place to take a break — which can be rented in the evening for events, workshops, or seminars.
We are happy...
... that our beautiful Gründerzeit-era building is now such a dynamic place for business founders. We wish our newest tenants — and all their tenants — strong business and fruitful networks!
